Before founding Incessant Technologies, Vijay was setting up and growing BPM practice at other organizations and has played multiple roles in the areas of Business Development, Client Services, Delivery and People Management focusing on the Banking, Financial Services and Insurance segments. He also brings substantial domain experience to the practice including eLearning, Content Management System (CMS), Health Care, Financials (Credit Card), System Management Software, Networking, (Cisco Routers and Switches), Cable TV servicing, and Telephony servicing.

Murali brings in a combined experience in Manufacturing and Information Technology Industries. Prior to Incessant, he has essayed various diversified roles such as BPM Architect, Program Manager, Business Development, Client Relationship Management etc. for the size of USD 5 Million BPM Accounts and Practice Director for the size of 25Mn / 500 people BPM practices.
He also has had immense experience in building hugely successful bottom-up BPM practices which included setting up CoEs, Alliance / Program Management Offices with different BPM product vendors.
Murali holds an M.Tech Degree from IIT, Kharagpur and holds number of other IT certifications such as PMP from PMI, Sun Certified Java Professional (SCJP), Pega CSA, Pega Certified Methodology Black Belt (CMBB) and Pega Certified Architect for CPM (PEGACCA).
He has also been a Certified Pega Trainer on Fast Track and Bootcamp courses and has delivered Pega/PRPC training to more than 250 Pega professionals across the globe.
Global Business Head
Madan Mohan is the Global Business Head of Incessant Technologies and also the EVP and Global Head of Data and Automation at NIIT Technologies. He is based out of New Jersey.
Madan has been an Invitee to the Infosys Global Management Committee, the Head of South-East US Geo for Infosys, a six times winner of the Infosys Chairman Excellence Award for BU Management and Large Account Growth.
He has 27 years of experience in Delivery, Sales, Servicing, Large Deals, and Joint Ventures. He has worked across multiple industries – Insurance, Health Care, Distribution, Logistics, Manufacturing, Entertainment and Financial Services and has led several large pursuits in the areas of BPM, Digital, Data, Analytics, and Automation. He has personally led the growth of several large accounts for Infosys that each individually grew to $100M+.
Most recently, Madan spent the last 16 years at Infosys in the US. In addition to his achievements outlined above he has established the Infosys’ Retail Banking Practice.
Madan started his career 27 years back with TCS where he ran the Manufacturing business of Global 10 Corporation and established an aggressive growth path for the business, structured a JV and was awarded the TCS Chairman’s award.
Madan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the National Institute of Technology, Rourkela.
Sajeev Madhavan Nair
Chief Operating Officer
As Chief Operating Officer, Sajeev manages Technology Practices, Delivery Oversight, Innovations and Solutions, Operations, Finance, Corporate Affairs and Strategic Alliances at Incessant Technologies.
Having spent 22+ years in the IT industry, which includes the tenures with some of the industry bellwethers like IBM Global Services, Wipro, Mphasis and Mindtree, Sajeev brings in multifaceted expertise in large-scale engineering and delivery management of Enterprise IT enablement in Digital Transformation areas of Customer Experience & Engagement and Operational Efficiency, Hybrid Integration, iBPM, API management, Cloud Native Apps and legacy modernization.
He has rich experience in handling various Product & Service Lines in BPM and Integration, IT Strategy consulting, Sales and business management of services portfolios of Digital Process Automation & Transformation, SOA, B2B with core focus in domain areas BFSI, Telecom, Travel & Transportation, Retail and Utilities.
Sajeev holds a Master of Computer Applications degree from Dr. BAM University.

As the Global Head of Sales and Customer Success, Adrian leads the growth strategy for Incessant. The strategy is made up of three key elements: attract and develop the best talent in the industry, deliver excellence to customers and foster lasting relationships with both customers and partners. Incessant’s exemplary delivery track record and its longevity of customer relationships, is testament to the growth it has achieved today and will achieve in the future.
Adrian has an extensive career in IT, where he has held senior leadership positions in Corporate IT, Leading Software Organisations and Professional Services Businesses. Before joining Incessant Technologies, Adrian served as Vice President of Services UK &I for CA Technologies. Prior to this role, Adrian held the position of Regional Leader of Consulting for the UK & Nordics at Pegasystems. At Pegasystems, he was responsible for the solution framing, selling and delivery of a wide range of BPM, CRM and Business Transformation Platforms for leading Blue-Chip customers in all multiple sectors.

Srinivas Nagesh Sangyam
Global Head of Human Resources
Mr. Srinivas Nagesh Sangyam is presently the Sr. VP Human Resources at Incessant Technologies. Srinivas comes with an extensive background in Human Resources and has more than 26 years of Work experience. He graduated with a BBA from Schiller International University, USA and PGDM in HR from Symbiosis, Pune. His career spans across companies like Intelligroup(Now NTT Data), Wipro, Yash Technologies and Polaris Software Labs where he held several leadership positions. In his previous organizations he has provided leadership, direction, and guidance for the strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations of Human Resources department.
As a person he is very passionate about developing talent and loves being a trainer, mentor and coach. His professional affiliations include NHRD, ISTD and he is also a permanent faculty at the Vivekananda Institute of Human Excellence in Ramakrishna Math, Hyderabad.
A strong believer of social responsibility which has got him associated with several NGO's and the Satya Sai Seva Organization through which he wants to serve the community. In his free time, he loves listening to music and traveling with his loved ones.
Global Head of Marketing
Katrina is responsible for leading the global marketing strategy at Incessant, with a particular focus on creating demand generation programs that drive pipeline and revenue for new business.
Prior to joining Incessant, Katrina held the role of Global Marketing Director at Fiserv, Inc for the Financial Crime Risk Management group and was responsible for marketing strategy, demand generation and communications, focusing on driving sales pipeline and creating compelling content and multi-touch campaigns to increase brand awareness and response rates. Prior to this, Katrina held various marketing roles at CheckFree and Accurate Software that included direct marketing and database management.
Katrina holds a Marketing and Design degree from Southampton Solent University and enjoys scuba-diving, skiing and the occasional sprint triathlon.
Malcolm J. Barnes
SVP of Sales - ANZ & APAC
As Senior Vice President for APAC, Malcolm will lead Incessant’s growth and consolidation in this significant and diverse region.
Malcolm brings a track record of leadership, innovation and transformation across a range of industries and management positions to Incessant. With experience in Banking & Finance, CPG, Manufacturing, Telco, Utilities and Asset Management as CEO, CIO, and Program Director he is well positioned to support our clients address the challenges they face in today’s disruptive and fast-moving business environment.
Prior to joining Incessant Malcolm led major business and technology transformations at Bank of America, Komatsu, Ausgrid (formerly Energy Australia) and Vodafone. Significant programs he led included Product transformation, ERP led business transformation, IT transformation and Digital transformations. Most recently he was an Account Director at a major Indian technology company, where he worked with customers to ensure they optimised outcomes from their investment in outsourcing arrangements across a wide range of technologies and services.
Malcolm is based in Sydney, Australia.
Head of Global Operations and Talent Acquisition
As Head of Global Operations and Talent Acquisition, Amol is responsible for Business Finance, Recruitment, IT Operations, Legal & Compliances, Mobility and General Administration at Incessant Technologies.
Amol has 25+ years of experience in IT industry on various technology platforms and domains. He played key roles in leadership positions taking care of Business Planning, Solution Designing , Delivery Management, ERP Implementation, Practice Building and overall Delivery Operation Management with P&L responsibilities. Prior to this role Amol was working as Vice President Delivery for NIIT Technologies. He has been recognized by many accolades and awards for excellent performance throughout his career.

VP of Sales - North America
Stephen is the Vice President of Sales for North America and is based out of Boston, MA. In his current role, he focuses on Pega's solutions and is responsible for growing and developing valued customer relationships.
Stephen previously worked as an Enterprise Account Executive with Pegasystems and more recently FICO. In this role, he worked with some of the world's largest financial institutions on implementing innovative technology solutions. He is focused on technology designed for the larger enterprises such as Case Management, Business Process Management, Business Rules, Customer Relationship Management, Decision Management, Analytics and Big Data.
Terrance Joseph is the Vice President of Sales, North America, with key focus on growing the Appian Practice at Incessant. In this role, Terrance will focus on strengthening the strategic alliance with Appian, build a strong delivery & presales team to ensure delivery excellence to our customers and also to build Appian solutions across various verticals to speed up delivery with quality.
Terrance has a long career in Enterprise Software and Services Sales & Implementations ranging from ERP, PLM and BPM, supporting customers on their business and digital transformation journeys. Before joining Incessant, Terrance served as a Vice President of Digital Sales at Persistent Systems. Prior to this role, Terrance has also held leadership positions with Dassault Systemes a market leader in PLM.

Vice President - Client Services (UK & Europe)
Vijay Poondy is the Vice president Client Services, UK & Europe Region. He also heads the Global Banking Solution Practice.
Vijay Poondy brings with him an experience of over 2 decades’ in the IT industry spanning from delivery, strategy, consultative selling, stake holder management, vendor management and business development. He has been responsible for rolling out large BPM transformation programs, winning key customer accounts, cross-selling, providing consultation, management and implementation oversight in his previous roles and engagements. He has worked primarily in the areas of BPM and ECM using Products like Pega PRPC, IBM BPM, Oracle UCM, Filenet and custom application development using Java and Mainframe technologies. Vijay Poondy also brings in extensive experience in Banking (Retail Cards and Credit, Risk & Compliance), Financial Services (Capital markets, Asset Management) and Aviation (MRO) domains.
Vijay Poondy holds a BE(Honours) from BITS, Pilani and is a Pega Certified Methodology Black Belt (CMBB) professional.
Vice President - Technology
As Head of practices for Pega, Appian, QA and BA, Jayadev is responsible for the Global Technology Enablement, Capability Building, New Services Design, Presales and Resources management.
Jayadev has an extensive career in IT, where he has held senior leadership positions in Corporate IT, Leading Software Organisations and Professional Services Businesses.
His career spans 21 years and he has been involved in thought leadership, guiding solution architecture and helping deliver projects involving BPM, BI(DW) and Integration(ESB) functions of the enterprise in commercial insurance, retail banking and telecom domains.
He holds a Master’s of Engineering degree from IIT, Kharagpur and a Bachelor of Technology from Andhra University
Vice President - Global Head of Delivery
Rajashekhara has 18+ plus years of IT Services experience across multiple technologies and industry verticals. He has strong practice building, program management, delivery management and client interfacing skills. Has expertise in managing BPM - Pega, IBM BPM, RPA, Open Span projects.
He is one of the early members of the Pega BPM and Automation Practice at Infosys. And has led the growth of Pega practice from 150 people to current size of 800+ people.
His expertise pertains to Process Automation [EAI, BPM, RPA & RDA] space. It starts with integration of diverse applications through EAI technologies like TIBCO, webMethods, then build process orchestration & optimization through BPM products like Pega & Appian, then provide end point automation through RPA & RDA technologies like Pega OpenSpan and Blue Prism.
Rajashekhara holds Master’s degree in Management from SDM IMD, Mysore and Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Kuvempu Vishwavidyanilaya.
Mr Arvind Thakur is director of Incessant's Board and is the Managing Director of NIIT Technologies Ltd, a global IT solutions and business services organization. He has led the business to the category of top providers. In 2012 he was conferred the prestigious global Gold Stevie award as Executive of the Year in the computer services category.
He serves on the boards of the NIIT's overseas subsidiaries and is the Chairman of the domestic joint venture with ESRI Inc. He is also a director on an innovative venture, Hole-in-the Wall Education Ltd, enabling technology to be deployed for educating the masses, and serves on the Board of Management of NIIT University, a not for profit institution. He is active in industry forums and an elected member of the Nasscom Executive Council.
Mr Thakur graduated in engineering from IIT- Kharagpur where he received the Institute Silver medal for ranking first in the department. Thereafter he pursued post-graduation in Industrial Engineering and started his career with BHEL, before joining NIIT in 1985.
Sudir Singh is Director of Incessant's Board and the CEO at NIIT Technologies.
Sudhir comes with a rich and varied experience of over 22 years. Prior to his current role, he was with Genpact where he was the Chief Operating Officer of the IT Services & Capital Markets Business. He played a key role in the acquisition and subsequent integration of Headstrong Technologies between 2012-2014 as SVP and Managing Director of the integrated Genpact Headstrong Capital Markets business.
Earlier he spent close to a decade at Infosys in the US. He started off as a BDM in the US and subsequently became the South-West US Geo Head, an Invitee to the Infosys Management Committee in various sales and account management roles in BFS, leading to become the Head of their Global Payments and Cards Practice. He started his career at Hindustan Lever where he ran the flagship sales regions of Mumbai and Gujarat, and earned the Chairman’s award for ‘exceptional performance’.
Sudhir holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Kolkata and has a Bachelor of Technology degree from Indian Institute of Technology (BHU) Varanasi.
Mr. Murali Darapureddy is Whole-Time Director of the Board, and Chief Operating Officer of Incessant Technologies. Murali manages Operations, Finance, Corporate Affairs and Strategic Alliances at Incessant. He is instrumental in establishing sustainable & profitable operating procedures and control across the continents of Incessant's operations and is directly responsible for the bottom-line and for driving process excellence in Delivery and Operations. In his current role he reports to the Organization Leadership on Business Performance & Forecasting, Budgeting as well as on Key Performance Indicators.

Amit Kumar Garg
Amit Kumar Garg is Director of Incessant's Board and the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), NIIT Technologies. In his current role, he is leading the global finance function for NIIT Technologies. Amit Garg brings over 20 years of extensive experience having worked as Director-Finance in Fidelity International and American Express Financial Centre in India. He started his professional career in India with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Audit & Business Advisory Services. Prior to taking up the appointment with NIIT Technologies he was the Regional Finance Director and CFO at Intertek India, the South Asian arm of the leading international provider of quality and safety services, and served on the board of the entity. He has extensive experience in Corporate Finance, Corporate Restructuring, Cash Management, Compliance, and Controllership, as well as in driving value creation through operations optimization and managing strategic initiatives.Amit is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Master of Business Administration degree from MIT Sloan School of Management, Cambridge.
